By age 14 this man knew that God had a special plan for his life.  The Lord filled Dr. Wilmovsky's heart with a love and joy that has carried him through and permeates his life today.  It is his compassion and love for people that drives him to fulfill his mission of inspiring people to apply the scripture that hangs in his office:

 

"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God?  You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. 

You must honor God with your body."

-1 Corinthians 6:19-20

Dr. Wilmovsky has applied this time-honored principle to his life with great success.  A black-belt in Karate, he uses every morning to find Christ-centered focus to sustain him throughout his busy day.  The doctor's daily regimen includes:

 

• Early morning cardio in nature- walking/running

• Inspirational reading for 20-30 minutes

• Stillness and prayer for 10 minutes

 

A Washington native, Dr. Wilmovsky enjoys spending time at home with his wife and their two children- daughter Hunter, and son Ethan.  Neither of their children has ever had a single prescription or inoculation in their lifetime.  As for Dr. Wilmovsky and his house, they are "living the dream" that is- Dream Health in accordance with God's design.
