Type II Collagen is the principle structural protein in cartilage- providing strength, flexibility, and joint support.  Chicken collagen provides the user naturally occurring Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and Hyaluronic acid, which is absorbed by the body with ease.  DreamFlex® contains 1500mg of these active ingredients per serving.
